Constructive intervention is a process that helps managers and supervisors correct employee performance problems. This method will ensure the best possible opportunity for a positive outcome, therefore, DGS has adopted it as its official performance correction process.
This process involves three steps:
Clarifying/reinforcing performance expectations; Formally defining elements of the correction; Bringing the correction to a positive and productive conclusion.
